Coming Out of Lockdown

It’s been a tough few months for everyone and we would like to send our very best wishes to all of our customers – we hope you continue to stay safe and well during these difficult times.

We are delighted to announce that we have re-opened our office and are restarting work. We will initially be operating with reduced staff so please bear with us at this difficult time. We have taken these steps so we can slowly phase our teams back into work both efficiently and safely.

We are now able to resume free, no obligation home surveys. Showroom visits will now be conducted by appointment only.

The safety of both customers and staff is vital, hence we will be operating in line with government Covid-19 regulations and taking all the steps possible to ensure safety. These steps are summarised below.

  • Our surveyors, technicians and installation teams will all wear protective equipment (both masks and gloves). Our teams will also be supplied with hand sanitizing gel so as to further reduce the risk of infection.

  • As much work as possible will be carried out from outside of the property and where side access is an option it will be taken. This includes measuring up and servicing windows and doors easily accessible from outside.

  • Consultations will be carried out from a safe distance and our staff will try to retain a distance of 2 metres at all times where possible.

The safety of our customers is of paramount importance to us. We have taken these steps to ensure that the risk of infection is reduced as much as possible.
